I love when I get to follow my clients through all their huge moments in life. I got to photograph Teresa and Jared’s wedding last June, and now they’re expecting their first baby in December! Baby Girl Rylan….I can’t wait! (I also love the name, it’s a perfect combo between Ryan and Rylie) They’ve been sending updated pictures of their nursery as they decorated it, it’s a beautiful red toile theme. I’m going to head to Perry when she’s born to get her first pictures in the nursery. I just got an email from Teresa saying she can’t wait to see the pictures, and that Jared wasn’t really looking forward to a portrait session but when they got in the truck to leave he said “That wasn’t so bad!”. That’s the best compliment I can expect from a guy! Enjoy your sneak peek guys, the rest will be up soon!
Here’s a quick glance back at their wedding day:

Now on to the Belly pictures….
I looove the red tube top!

Battle of the Bulge! Sorry Jared, I think Teresa wins this one:

My fav from the session:

I brought this hat and scarf set for Teresa to try on…I thought it turned out super cute! She’s so brave….

I’m loving them ALL!!!! I LOVE The RED!!! GREAT job!!! Now we just need Ms. Rylan here!!!! Can’t wait to see the rest!
They are so cute! I love the shot of them with their foreheads touching, framed by the bushes. Great to catch up with you this week!
Oh my gosh, these photos are so adorable and really capture the moment in each shot!
Ever since my fiance proposed to me with a gorgeous engagement ring we’ve been talking about getting professional engagement photos of us together.
When we saw these, we think that they really are so perfect and now we want pictures of us too!

It’s been a busy week for maternity pictures! It’s fun to step away from my normal routine and photograph these beautiful women at this time of their lives, I’m lovin it!
I met Kellie a few years ago when her sister hired me to take a picture of all 3 sisters for their parents for Christmas. I was so excited to hear back from Kellie! Believe it or not these pictures were actually taken near her office. I can’t wait to meet little Ava and take her pictures when she arrives in January!

Coming up next is a super fun family session with the Riccis, Paula & Darrell’s amazing library wedding that I shot last night, another maternity session with Teresa, one of my bride’s from last year, and more! November is proving to be quite busy!
these are gorgeous! And as a side-note.. That dress is fabulous!!
I loved her dress!! Much better than the shall from your wedding!
So pretty!! I particularly love the last two…
I love how your let the light control the moment… again fabulous job! So you want to take my maternity portraits next time around. lol…. if there is ever a next time!

Last weekend we drove down to Howey-in-the-Hills for an annual golf tournament that Ryan plays in with his dad. We packed up our Halloween costumes with the intention of finding a fun neighborhood nearby to run around and get candy. (Rylie of course, not me!) My dear friend Jackie and I text each other random things on a daily basis, so when I told her where we were for the weekend she brought to my attention that I was about 20 minutes from her house! Despite being good friends I’ve never been down to her house, and had no idea where “Minneola” was in reference to “Howey-in-the-Hills”.
Jackie has been on bedrest for the last 6 weeks because she is pregnant with twins! They’re doing a great job of keeping everyone in suspense on the gender of the babies…we won’t know until they’re born! I didn’t bring any of my gear, but because Jackie is also a photographer I was able to use her camera and came back Sunday morning for a super quick maternity shoot. The next day she landed herself in the hospital with contractions, so please pray for Jackie and that these babies don’t come quite yet! They need to “cook” a little longer, as Juno would say.
This is one HOT momma!

Since Jackie is on bedrest we could only run around her house, but she had so much cool furniture and stuff for our backgrounds! It was kind of a fun challenge.

Jackie also captured a few Halloween pics of Rylie and I, so check out her blog for the post! They’re hilarious!

Oh Kylene,
For the first time, I don’t know what to say. I am sitting here with tears in my eyes because they turned out just so beautifully (and no, I don’t think it’s the hormones–it’s your pictures!). It’s been a while since I’ve felt that way because bed rest doesn’t really make way for getting dressed up and looking cute! Thank you for coming over to visit, to help distract me from my daily boredom, and for reminding me that carrying around TWO extra people can really be a beautiful thing.
Thank you so much! I love you to pieces–you’re the best!
Jackie
