Rylie in Marathon | Personal Portraits

July 27th, 2010 by Kylene. Filed in Cute Kiddies, Personal

I just got my suitcase unpacked from our trip down to Marathon.  We’ve got nice sun tans to prove how much fun we had in the sun, and I got the chance to photograph Rylie at one of our favorite sandbars.  It was a little risky taking my camera out into the water, but I think the pictures are worth it.  I’ve been wanting to do it for a couple years now!  She’s growing so fast, she’ll be 12 next month!  But she is always patient when I take her picture which I appreciate, and I hope she will when she gets older and has these to look back on.

And here’s a picture of the old 7 Mile Bridge taken from the boat.  Been wanting to do that for years too!

Great job capturing her personality! It’s been great watching her grow up at in the Keys and hopefully we can do it for many more years to come.

I think she enjoyed it as much as you did – Rylie looks very comfortable in front of the camera. Really great pictures . . . she’s growing up!

These are wonderful. One or two of these and the ones of the girls and you have my Christmas present done. You are amazing.

Awww, these are so cute. I think they were worth risking your camera. :) Had a great time at Ray’s last night; can’t wait to go again!

fabulous as usual! You are truly blessed with an artist’s eye!

It’s so amazing to watch families grow!  It was almost exactly 2 years ago that I got to photograph this families’ first addition to their group and I’ve been honored to watch them grow.  Now they have their hands full with 2 beautiful girls!  Paeton is going to be a great big sister to Kynley, she was already so curious and sweet during our session!  It was also awesome to see their home filled with pictures I have taken over the last 2 years.  Now we get to expand their collection!

Hope you guys are staying caught up on your sleep!  Now here’s Kynley!

Just chilling in my crib!

We have a picture just like this of Paeton when she was a newborn.  Glad you got a ‘K’ hat for Kynley!

Sweet Baby!

We tried really hard to get together for engagement pictures before Jen and Scott’s December wedding, but it just never worked out!  So we decided to wait until spring and capture some fun family pictures – I’m glad we did, the weather was super warm last week and everything was bursting with color which makes shooting more exciting.  :)   We cruised around Havana and found lots of little nooks to have fun in.  Tristan is the cutest thing ever and was also a really great reflector holder when I needed help!  Thanks buddy!

My favorite of the day. This was a scary shot to get, I was laying down in these flowers and there were bees everywhere doing their thing…one landed on Scott’s collar and I bravely swatted it away with my big reflector. :)
