I'm so glad you're here! This is where you can keep up on the latest Gossip of Forever Photography. I am truly the luckiest girl on earth, with a job I love, amazing family, and friends like you! Being able to document your life's journey is what makes my job so special. It's also a job I take very seriously because they are fleeting moments that can't be gotten back. Your wedding or your growing family becomes a part of my life because I get to share it with you! I'm guilty of getting emotionally involved sometimes and usually can't help but shed a tear during your vows, but that just means that your images will reflect that same emotion! Give me a call, send me an email, and please leave me a comment on my latest work!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you soon!

This wedding was unique and wonderful to me in so many ways.  First of all, I didn’t meet Sage and Justin until their wedding day which isn’t usually how things go for me.  There’s always an element of nervousness when that happens, but these two and their entire family welcomed me with open arms.  It really blew me away and I was so grateful to be a part of their day!  I would have to describe their wedding as “organic” – they were all so relaxed and calm and just enjoyed every minute.  The location was very natural and inspiring, Sage’s bouquet was absolutely gorgeous (made by her sister, a talented florist in town!), she had flowers in her hair and they had the most amazing food.  I’ve seriously never enjoyed a meal more at a wedding – they bugged me 3 times to sit down and eat and I’m glad I did.  Coconut shrimp, jasmine rice with cranberries, filet mignon, citrus atlantic salmon, roasted sweet potatoes with cinnamon, summer salad…..the list goes on.  It was awesome.

I’m even more excited that I get to meet up with them again tomorrow for their Glam Session before they head home to North Carolina!  So there will be more of them to come on the blog.  :)   A huge thanks to my good friend (and former bride) Beth Johnson for all her help!  Now, on to the sneak peek!

I love the POP of color from her bouquet – it goes perfectly with the surroundings because they kind of look like wildflowers:

These two were up for anything, including a little fun on the swings:

Those are her real eyelashes, jealous huh?  I just love this look, she’s lucky to have so much natural beauty!

Cassia created this beautiful heart for their ceremony site:

These next two are two of my favorite ceremony pictures ever.  I love their expressions while Sage reads her vows:

I usually don’t post “formal” pics, but I thought this was a great example of how to have a little fun with them and make it less formal:

Gorgeous red door image!

I got a picture of Melissa printed real quick for last night’s Guild meeting and it took home “Portrait of a Woman” top honors!  :)   I stretched the canvas and printed it on a 10×10 white space so it looks  matted, here’s what it looked like:

Sarah Staggs (the best sister ever)

way to go sista!

The day finally came for Melissa and Brad’s wedding!  We were all so thankful that we had beautiful spring weather and the rain held off til the next day.  Melissa was cool as a cucumber all day long and had a blast dancing the night away at their reception.  There might even be a little cake smashing, but you’ll have to scroll down to see that action!  It was also great to see Amy and Bobby whose wedding I photographed almost two years ago!  Melissa is Amy’s cousin so I’ve photographed them both as bride and bridesmaid.  I love how those cycles work.  :) Thanks for letting me be a part of your special day!

Venue: Panama Country Club

I love when my couples send me their wedding invitation!  (it’s nice to feel “invited” instead of just “hired”)  I always try to remember to bring it with me for shots like this:
