Prepare yourself!  You’re about to be blown away by one of the hottest boudoir sessions I’ve done!  Miss S had some super fun outfits…including some thigh high boots!  She got engaged between booking her session and actually HAVING the session, so I think this will be the perfect engagement gift for her hubby-to-be.  You know, us ladies get a ring, the guys need something!

I wanted to keep you up to date on a new type of album that Boudoir by Kylene is now offering! If you want something a little more edgy, the “Red Hot Book” Album might be for you! With a fully customizable front and back cover and flush-mounted inside spreads, the possibilities are almost endless. You can see how much fun I had with the design on Kim’s album! Get ready for a sneak peek of what a shoot looks like!  If I remember, I do some video footage of me during the actual shooting and I’ve finally compiled it into a fun little video!  (I feel so silly on camera, but thought it’d be worth it so don’t make fun!) It’s also got some of the fun time with Jenn, one of the great makeup artists I get to work with, and lots of great shots and testimonials from the last year shooting boudoir!  I’d love to get a “Bash” on the calendar for later this fall, so let me know who is interested and what dates work for you!  Jacksonville, Tallahassee or Tampa, I’ve got great makeup artists in all 3 cities!

I got to shoot Mrs. K’s wedding a year and a half ago….we’ve been friends for a long time.  Her husband has been deployed for awhile now and has several more months to go, so she wanted to treat him to some hot pictures of her!  I love the camo she incorporated into the shoot – personal touches like that are always the best.  The last half of her shoot it was dark outside so I didn’t have any natural window light, but we pulled out my video light and made some really cool images!  It’s always fun to add something new to the repertoire!

I have the coolest job in the world. Not sure how else to describe it.  I have been meeting the most beautiful women through my boudoir sessions and they all continue to amaze me.  They’re all different shapes, sizes, colors, but they’re also unique and wonderful.  I got to spend an afternoon with Miss J and was blown away by her confidence and style.  She might be a few years older than my typical boudoir client, but that didn’t stop her from scheduling a shoot with me and working it like a pro!  She didn’t hesitate when I asked her if I could share her session which made me so happy, because all women deserve to have beautiful pictures of themselves and I hope Miss J proves that age doesn’t matter either.

We did some more “formal” shots and I think she looks like the owner of a big estate!  :)

Hi and welcome to the new blog for Boudoir by Kylene!  I’m excited to have this little corner to talk about all things boudoir since it’s starting to take over a good chunk of my business.  I can’t wait to hear from all you lovely ladies and showcase the beautiful ones I get to photograph!

For now I wanted to share with you some exciting news – Boudoir by Kylene was hand selected to be featured on the Boudoir International referral site!  This is only the best of the best and I’m thrilled to be listed on the site.  You’ll find me listed under Tallahassee, Jacksonville and Tampa since that’s where I have trusted makeup artists to bring to each shoot!
